顯微鏡浸鏡油，英文名稱Microscope Immersion Oils，又叫顯微鏡浸入油、顯微鏡浸油、顯微鏡鏡油、顯微鏡用浸鏡油，油鏡浸鏡油、浸鏡油、浸油、鏡油等等。主要用于浸泡顯微物鏡，其配方要求具有良好的光學效應,在使用過程中浸鏡油構成了顯微鏡光學系統的一部分,在采用高倍物鏡觀察玻片標本時,能獲得最佳的光學效果,以保證成像質量。
顯微鏡浸鏡油根據用途可以分為“普通光學顯微鏡用浸油”和“熒光顯微鏡用無熒光浸油”兩種。前者主要用于在可見光譜區域工作的顯微鏡的油物鏡和油聚光鏡。后者主要用于激發光譜在360~760nm范圍偽的熒光顯微鏡。
為保證實驗效果，院校學者一般都推薦使用滿足美國FDA標準的美國Cargille浸油系列產品。
